Jhajjar Government Schools celebrated Parvesh Utsav Week 2023, and all schools participated enthusiastically.

GGSS School Silana and Jhajjar Government Schools Celebrated Parvesh Utsav Week 2023 on April 6 on the school campus. Parvesh Utsav, or the school entrance ceremony, is celebrated in all schools in Haryana in the month of April every year. The schools declared their results on March 31, 2023, and the old session came to an end. The students were promoted to the next class. The schools prepare the calendar for the next year. Thus, GGSS School Silana (Jhajjar) celebrated the entrance ceremony for 2023 and also planned what the school was going to provide in the coming session of 2023–2024.

The parents and Gram Panchayat of village Silana were invited to participate in the GGSS School Silana (Jhajjar) Celebration of Entrance Ceremony 2023. The villagers and parents gathered in the school’s hall to discuss and share their experiences of the previous session. The teachers were present at the Parvesh Utsav.

GGSS School Silana (Jhajjar) Celebrated Entrance Ceremony 2023

The Parvesh Utsav started at 10 a.m. with the National Anthem. Then, Mrs. Preeti, PGT English, conducted the stage, addressed the parents, and introduced the teachers. The eminent persons of the village, Sh. Satbir Singh, Sarpanch, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, SMC members, Sh. Hawa Singh, Smt. Neeta, She Krishan, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, and Smt. Meena were present in the school. The following teachers were present at the Parvesh Utsav or Entrance ceremony: Madhu, Surender Pal, Roma, Amit, Dayaram, Pardeep, Manjeet, Sushma, Sangeeta, Suman, Rekha, Pooja, and Jagmender.

The principal, Sh. Mahinder Singh Yadav, addressed the parents, teachers, and students. The principal started his address with the previous year’s report and the school’s achievements. He discussed some important points with the parents. He told the parents that the school will concentrate on the following points to improve the overall performance of the students:

  • All students from classes 4 through 12 will be provided with computer education.
  • All students are supposed to participate in at least one activity in the school.
  • The school has five digital boards, and students will be taught with the help of a digital board.
  • The students from classes 6 to 10 will have exposure to the science lab.
  • There will be an emphasis on improving the communication skills of all classes.
  • The emphasis will be on increasing the strength of the students.

Deputy Commissioner, DEO, and DEEO, Jhajjar attended Parvesh Utsav 2023.

Jhajjar, Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Shakti Singh visited Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Khan Pur Khurd, accompanied by Sh. Rajesh Kumar, DEO, and Sh. Subhash Bhardwaj, DEEO, and Jhajjar recited the schools’ initiative to organise the Parvesh Utsav during the week. They informed the parents and teachers that this type of function promotes interaction among parents, students, and teachers, which improves students’ academic performance. The Haryana government initiative will help to strengthen government schools.

Parvesh Utsav was organised by various schools in Jhajjar.

Parvesh Utsav Week was observed in all schools in the Jhajjar District. The Parvesh Utsave, according to Kablana school principal Sh. Ajay Khokhar, was an excellent event by the schools to increase the number of admissions for the upcoming session. During the week, Dawla, Bhadhani, Dadri Toye, Untlodha, Gijarodh, Surehiti, and Kheri Khummar also organised the Parvesh Utsav.
