The word Cancel has not been used in the decision of 8th May, then how were the transfers of all the teachers transferred in August 2022 cancelled?
The first hearing of this case was held on January 18 and the next hearing was scheduled on January 30, in which the Deputy Director of the Education Department had to personally appear in the High Court and answer.
It was told in the petition with evidence that in the transfer drive of August 2022, there are some schools where there are children but no teachers and there are some schools where there are teachers but there are no children of that subject.

After the hearing in the High Court on January 18, the Education Department hastily started the transfer drive of regular teachers on January 18 itself for 4 months deputation and immediately after that the transfer drive for guest teachers was started so that by January 30 can be answered in the High Court
On January 30, citing the 4-month deputation in the High Court, asked for 2 months time to run the transfer drive of teachers, after which the hearing was scheduled for May 8.
On May 8, the Education Department, citing the work of verifying the personal profile and service profile of teachers on MIS, had asked for 3 months time to run the teachers transfer drive, on which the High Court gave instructions to run the teachers transfer drive within 4 months. settled the case with

By the end of May, 11th admissions will be done so that it will be easy to transfer teachers according to the needs of the children.
