“Benefits of e-learning program reach every student”: Mrs. Saloni Sharma, ADC, Jhajjar

The ongoing five-day e-learning training program at DIET at Machhrauli concluded
Jhajjar, 10 May. The ongoing five-day e-learning training program at the Diet Institute located in the nearby village Machhrauli ended on Wednesday. On this occasion, ADC Jhajjar, Smt. Saloni Sharma said that the education department is providing teachers with training related to the use of the tab, in which all teachers should train with hard work and dedication, so that the benefits of the program can easily reach the students in schools. .
ADC said at the conclusion of the training program that the students who come to study in the school are also like our own children. She said that e-learning is the flagship program of Chief Minister Manohar Lal whose benefits should reach every child. It also becomes easy to revise through the tab and the teacher’s work also becomes easy, because through the tab, the student can give the test after the completion of the lesson, as well as self-evaluation. She said that the school head should have complete knowledge related to running the tab so that he can motivate his teachers and students as well. Se also called for increasing the number of students in government schools.
Meanwhile, the principal of the institute B.P. Welcoming ADC Jhajjar, Smt. Saloni Sharma, Rana said that all English and Hindi subject teachers, social science and English subject teachers and school heads of the district are being given training related to the use of tabs. During the training, detailed information was given on e-learning program, pre-test, tab and data sim distribution, PAL software. One School Teacher App, One School Student App, Diagnostic Test, Remedial Test, Pal Dashboard and their monitoring and use, ways to achieve the goals of e-learning, Opportunity Portal, S.O.P. issued by the department. Teachers have been trained on everyone’s role and responsibility.
On this occasion, DEO Rajesh Khanna said that through videos the child learns easily and the subject also becomes interesting. DEEO Subhash Bhardwaj said that the training program will be successful when its benefits reach the students. Mr. Mahinder Sungh Yadav, Principal, GGSSS, Silana told the importance of English contents for class 10 and 12 students.  District FLN convenor Dr. Sudarshan Poonia said that the loss of education of children during the Corona period can be compensated through e-learning.
District Project Coordinator Satyawan Dhul, District Mathematics Expert Vikram Singh, Keshan Lahiri from LLF and members of DIET staff were present on the occasion.

E-Adhigam Training for Principal/Headmaster Jhajjar was conducted at DIET Machrauli on May 10, 2023, under the supervision of Sh. B.P. Rana, Principal, DIET. The training was initiated by ADC Jhajjar and DEO Jhajjar, who were present on the occasion. The training started at 9 a.m. with the registration of trainees. The E-Adhigam training was arranged in four sessions.

1. Avsar portal
2. PAL Dashboard
3. one school student app
4. one school teacher app

In the beginning a Pre-Test was given to the trainees to assess the level of their understanding. Mr. Ashish Kadian, Master Trainer began the session with Student Section of E-Adhigam.

Roles and Responsibilities under E-Adhigam in Haryana Schools

With reference to the letter no. 28/13-2022 ACD(5), dated -19/04/2023 of DSE Haryana, the department has fixed roles and responsibilities of students, teachers, education officers , and DSS for the session 2022-23.

Roles and responsibilities under E-Adhigam for DEO

100% implementation of E-Adhigam in their concerned districts.

• To achieve the target of distribution and implementation of entries on the AVSAR app in the districts.
• Weekly target of 100 percent usage of tablets by teachers and students
• Teachers have to use tablets for an hour with two homeworks.
• Students have to use tablets for 3 hours a week with 2 remedial tests and 2 homeworks.
• Assure 100% participation of the teachers and principals in all training programmes.
• Arrange a weekly PAL dashboard meeting with different officers.
• Inspection of monthly visits to get assurance that the programme is implemented properly.

Duties and responsibilities under E-Adhigam for DMS/ E-Adhigam Nodal Officer

• Coordination wit DEO to distrbute SIM and data sim application.
• To encourage the use of tablets in schools and reporting to DEO. Excellent use, good use and poor use of tablets in schools.
• Encourage the excellent schools to increase the use of tablets etc.
