According to the UPSC 2022 Final Result pdf, 933 students were finally shortlisted for Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ posts, while 178 candidates were placed on the reserve list. This year, girls have taken the top four positions. Ishita Kishore has won the UPSC CSE 2022 Exam, with Garima Lohia coming in second place.

Smriti Mishra, a B.Sc. graduate of Miranda House College, University of Delhi, finished fourth with Zoology as an optional subject.
