The Health Ministry formed an expert panel to investigate heart attack cases among the younger generation. The cases of heart attacks are increasing day by day, and to study heart attack cases among the young generation in India, the health ministry constituted a panel of experts to study such cases and provide advice so that such cases can be controlled. The health department is worried about the increasing cases of heart attacks among youths after COVID-19 spread.
The expert panel will discuss and study the aftereffects of COVID-19 on youth. Health Minister, Sh. Mansukh Mandavaiya, has asked the ICMR to study the matter. The study will be conducted in two ways: a retrospective study and a prospective study.
