Report on the 9th International Yoga Day Celebration at Jhajjar
At the Jhajjar bus stop, the 9th International Yoga Day was celebrated with a lot of energy and engagement. A diverse group of individuals came together to embrace yoga as a holistic practise that fosters both physical and mental health. The event was attended by dignitaries and well-known people like Dr. Arvind Sharma, a member of parliament, and Dr. Shakti Singh, a deputy commissioner.
Highlights of the event included the large number of attendees and the active participation of people of all ages in the yoga sessions. People of various ages, ranging in age from 8-year-olds to seniors in their 80s, gathered to celebrate the core principles of yoga. Yoga exercises were performed at the bus stop by teachers and students from all of the schools.
